Here's an Exploded View of the Laeger T-pin. You MUST remove the Grease Zerk fitting and remove the Spring Pin that secures the two shafts together. Once removed you can unscrew them and dissassemble completely.

Part Numbers are attached for easy replacement.

Enjoy!

Special Thanks to: Croat1,Higgy87TRX425 & c41xracer - for helping me put this together.

Hey guys,
So I just pressed out the monoball bearings the sbb-10's. I used a little heat and they came out with ease. I have one of those cheap butane torches, with a pinpoint blue flame and worked great for putting the heat right where I needed it. I heated the bearing itself for about a minute. Then I used 2 sockets, one on each side. So the bearing would have something to fall into when I pressed on it. Worked perfectly, thanks Langbolt!! Hope this helps everyone!
 Thanks Higgy

Ok guys I suceeded FINALLY!! I used the blind hole bearing puller! Its a "MUST HAVE" for your tool box and saved me alot of money about the best $75 I've spent! I heated up the spindles in the oven to 250 degrees for 20 minutes each!!!
Then I turned the vise facing down after clamping then by the caliper mounts VERY firmly!!! I then used the blindhole bearing puller and slammed the hammer down. Its a little easier slamming it down insted of sideways!!I had to beat the hell outta them, but they came out!! I ended up grinding out one bearing about 3/4 of the way and then using the slam hammer again and it popped out pretty easily after I had relieved some of the pressure off of it! Thanks for the tips guys!! Heres a few pics!

 Thanks Higgy

So I've been calling around to different bearing distributers, trying to get prices and I kept hearing that there was an IKO located in California and several others through out the US. So I figured why in hell am I dealing with all these middle men that don't even have my bearings in stock anyway??? So I called up IKO directly, LOL! The first thing that they asked me was what business I was calling from, lol! I guess I had needed to be in business. I have someone that works in the industry so I think I have it covered, I guess the next thing I need to do Is see if they're any cheaper if I can cross-reference them?
 Thanks Higgy

You need to get in touch with either Dan or troy. One of them has all the parts # and the place to buy it all from. This was all covered in one of the other forums. If you can find that link post the info.

I see, thanks for sharing the exploded view of the Laeger T-pin. It's very helpful to have a visual representation of the parts and how they fit together. I'm sure this will be a valuable resource for anyone who needs to disassemble or repair a Laeger T-pin. And i also recommend a good source for bearings online:https://en.tradebearings.com

I'm also glad to hear that you were able to get help from Croat1, Higgy87TRX425, and c41xracer in putting this together. It's always great to be able to collaborate with others and share knowledge.

Thanks again for sharing this! It does help even for so many years past.
