Do any of you guys have a way of getting a hold of ESR? I have tried calling several times with no success.

I've had the best look calling first thing when they open or late near closing. I emailed the other day and they responded quickly.

Leave a message if they don't answer and they will call back. I have read that they have been installing and setting up new cnc mill this last week so that might be part of the contact delay.

I talked to Eddie yesterday afternoon. He's busy in the shop but returned my call pretty quick.

I called this morning at 10am and eddie picked up the phone on the 4 ring. Try them in the morning.

I ordered a quick change clutch cover a couple weeks ago and paid to have it shipped 2 day express and I didn't see it for a little over 2 weeks!! I tried contacting them multiple times with no luck or returned calls...... But when it did show up eddie had included a FREE clutch cover gasket, billet water pump cover, and one of those billet jetting wrenches they have, so it made up for the wait.

I called esr earlier tonight around 630 pm and got eddie. He answered a few tech questions for me and sold me a trx9b pipe. Great customer service experience so far here!
