what i couldnt get on the press i cut out with a dremmel.. then took a pic with the cylinder on to see if i was touching anywhere.. i was on the sides so i removed even more of the cases with a dremmel.. hope these pics help ppl if they are boring out cases.. the work is easy. dont need to send them out to get bored.. save ya 100$ or so.. only thing that was a little challenge was i didnt have a rotating base for the drill press so i had to more it all by hand inch by inch.. made it more fun though!!

Holy cow, im impressed with this stuff, i'd love to have the means to pull this stuff off. Im digging your extra brace on the front of frame below the steering stem mount. looks cool. I am definitely going to do something crazy with the 86 i have laying around i think...its just a shame becuase its mint right now, i dont wanna screw something up.
I ride PINNED! Therefore, no bdt in this household.

Sideways is fine Pat, we are all used to it. It's the upside down that really screws me up. I just don't fall off my bike that much. Hope you got a hold of the paint shop. Don't need any primer on the motor. Urethane just looks like its wet all the time. Your harbor freight paint gun will work fine on the motor. Just needs to be about 60-70 degrees for the paint to lay flat

PCing a bottom end is a pain. Gotta remove every bearing or it falls out anyway. I can take a pic of my old green motor. Its had gas on it for the last 6-7 years  under the carb.... Still shiny  Polyurethane is like rubber. It does not get sandblasted like my sisters PC'd frame
