well like the title says.. i have been on and off of trx250r.net site for the last couple of years. i kept seeing ppl saying the "other" site.. little did i know there was tons of new info to read up on here on this site.. pretty badass if ya ask me.. i am gona post a build thread on this site and the other and see which one has the most ppl involved in trying to help ppl build badass bikes.. i have tons of questions so i hope yall have tons of answers..

Most of us were the ones who made that site popular. We all got tired of the relentless salesman pushing his products. You will find many more knowledgeable members here. Many will spend the time to answer your questions without biased opinions. We have control of the site and are building many sticky threads so information does not get lost in the forum. Dave has spent countless hours in the tech section. Many pages of interesting reading for those that want to go the extra mile in the motor building. Many frequent the other site mostly for the forsale section. I do the same with ATVriders.

Welcome to the party here OP. Better late then never! Honestly this is IMO the best site and I've been a member over at net since 07. Net used to be great. Used to(not trying to bad mouth them either, but it just isn't what it used to be). That's why this site was started.

 Been riding R's since 1994-95(and still have my first one along with a few more). Whatever kind of riding you're into(mx,xc etc...), we have plenty of members that can/will help you along with some awesome builders too.

Ask any and all questions you have. We do like helping people around here and doing it without drama. I've met a lot of the members here and can honestly say they are great people.

I joined .org a while ago and have been lurking here to feel it out. I like the lack of drama and the huge amount of knowledge. The sound of crickets over there was driving me crazy

eyy thanks guys!! i been ridin since i was like 7. my first bike i ever learned on my cousins old beat up 250r.. since then ive had 3 R's and a banshee.. oh and my wifes little blaster.. trx is the best quad made to me hands down!! the look the feel when you corner.. the geometry of the bike is just amazing!! japanese ppl are great builders!! lol.. anyways i can tell all the guys on here are pretty cool.. i mean we are all here for one thing.. the 250R!! whether ifs riding, building, selling/buying parts, need info.. its cool to spread the knowledge around not bash ppl for something they cant do so good or dont know the info on.. i feel like thats what ya get on the other site.. nobody wants to be apart of all that.. another cool thang is ive been on the forum like 5 days... im already invited to the oregon dune riders club thing.. thats badass so when i ride can ride with these guys as well. been on over at .net since 2011.... nothin!! sorry im ramblin.. been a really long week!!
