We worked on 2nd gear today. Mocked up a prototype out of aluminum to check the fit and function. A few little tweaks, and then we will build the final steel parts. I expect the gears to go to heat treat by the end of this week. Very exciting to have gears again!

Are these basically OEM replacements? Same ratios?  Curious what kind of power can be put down through them vs stockers or Yukon even.

yes these are OEM replacement with same ratio but they have more material added to them for more strength
Anyone looking for a great builder I highly recommend the following.
For CP products dealers I would recommend:
Arlan at LED(site sponsor), Pete Schemberger at Hybrid Engineering, Mat Shearer at Shearer Custom Pipes, Dennis Packard at Packard Racing, and Nate McCoy of McCoys Peformance.

Other great builders I also would recommend: Neil Prichard, Jerry Hall, Bubba Ramsey and James Dodge.

Jeepers creepers, I ended up doing a billet 1-5 override which probably isn't completely necessary for what I'm doing.  Never seen this thread for some reason.
