Ive always ran engine ice. Never had an overheating issue with decent jetting.
I have used Engine Ice in all my 2 strokes for over 5 years now. They run cooler and never a problem and have not froze during the winter down to 0 degrees and do not overheat in temps as high as 93 degrees. You do have to flush the system to use it. And do not dilute Engine ice or add anything to it. You run it straight.
water is alway's the best conductor of heat!!!water wetter help's keep thing's lubed up,and resist's corrosion.so for me in the summer,i use water, and water wetter.in the winter for storage,i use anti freeze.
I agree with this especially if you are a racer. I would much rather pull an engine down that has water in it than slippery nasty anti-freeze.
