I think I probably got one of the first dislikes on the forum.  Just joking on a guy who just built one of the coolest 250rs ever for singing the yfz song.  That is one sweet hybrid Troy.  Your tank looks pretty sweet on there.  Can't wait to see your own graphics on there.

LOL!  Thanks, I didn't hit the dislike button... LOL!  I'm still primarily RED, my new hybrid will be a CRF, I'm just saying that don't overlook a yz if you get the chance...  cause they run really good, they work well in the 250r-hybrids cause they are shorter motors than the CRF's.  The 06 YZ was awesome right out of the box just read the mag test articles on it.  The CRF is no slouch either, I think they have smoother power delivery that's why they feel a little more tame.  The 06 YZ was known to be especially snappy, common mod later years of YZ was to run the 06 cams and 06 CDI.

So far so good I've only got about 1 of ride time on a track so I haven't played with different softness settings.

Ah man that looks sick. I like it with the hipers and aluminum tank

I'd love to see a video of it as well. See how those 06 yz's run lol

I agree with you Troy, those YZ motors are nice. I had a Yamaha WR400 and once I uncorked it and timed it like the YZ motors, it ran awesome. Owned that bike for two years and sold it to buy a CRF450. To be honest, the CRF motor just wasn't the same, even though it had 50 cc's more. That motor was strong, miss it even today. I bet the YZ450 motors are even better. At least the old 5 valve head versions, not to sure about the new YZ motors, never ridden one.

Nice quad man, can't wait to see what else you have in store!
