what size is the pvc pipe for the intake boot? and how are you plugging the exhaust? I have seen 2, one was a freeze plug with a nut and bolt through it so when the nut tightened it created outward pressure then the other we had to improvise so we slapped a freeze plug in and used bailing wire to hold it in place lol.

PVC 1 1/4. O.D. Measures as shown. Chamfer the leading edge of the adapter. Slides right end! I use the rubber freeze plug, with the bolt, nut type. For the exhaust :eek-new:

Any chance you know what size freeze plug? I have to build a new set up sense mine is back home.

1 3/4 slips inside the ESR flange.

This is one of mine. It's a simple $13 blood pressure tester, a small plastic T, and 2 rubber plugs. The gauge goes to 320 mmHg which is about 6.2 psi.
