Thanks to Jason (PDXTRX) for all his help. Purchased NOS Tomyride for my daughter, and as they all do, steering stem broke immediately. Jason made the mother of all replacements. I replaced the battery and threw some stickers on it. It moves at a good paced jog! With the bigger battery and a new motor from the hobby shop, it's hard to keep the tires from spinning. Rubber tread will be next, as well as a different throttle system. Many, many Thanks to Jason. The little one loves papa's 250R, so this is a good start!
