Fullbore is going to be making another run of plastics

So I'm not sure if everyone has heard but fullbore is going to be making another run of plastics since they finally got the material.  From the mouth of the guys at fullbore themselves they are going to be $650 for a set plus shipping.

I wonder if we could do a group buy orif one of our sponsors or someone on here who is a dealer (or who has the funding) could somehow get a discount due to the quantity we could order.  I know there was a decent amount of people interest in the past when there was speculation of production, but now its finally happening.

Personally I'd ideally like to get 3 sets (1 red & 2 white) to outfit my bikes when theyre ready...

So if you have not heard you must pre-order. In other words you will get nothing when they are ready. For those that have pre-ordered the plastics and agreed to pay $650 a set will get what they have ordered. If you think you can wait and get a better price after all the orders are filled then good luck with that. I do not plan on trying to piss Fullbore off trying to lower the price. If you don't want to pay the $650 them move on and get Maier. We are fortunate to get this run no matter what the price. Not trying to be a jerk, just like people to treat me with respect when I give the best price I can. When you think you are going to save money with a group buy you must believe the company is over charging you. I can see a company like BDT going in and beating the price down so they can make more money. If this is going to happen I can see Fullbore never making another run of 250r plastic ever again. Don't get me wrong, I like to save money whenever I can. But I fear this will leave a bad taste on this companies pallet. Have you considered why they don't make 250r plastic anymore? A month ago Jason Moore (PDX Bigfoot) quit making 250r parts for this exact same reason. Everyone talks alot but wants to skimp on payment. I'm getting at least 4 sets maybe more if I can afford it! 4 sets pre-ordered and maybe an additional set of orange

In other words FullBore is not making another run of plastics. It will not be for sale after the run is done. If you pre-order a set you will be able to have it shipped to you. If you do not pay for it I guarantee you someone else will!

I think you got me all wrong Tony...  I'm not trying to jew anyone down first and foremost... the price is what it is.  But I do know that companies usually offer a discount on a product if it is ordered in bulk.  This may not be the case since it is so limited, but if it was possible I like to save cash as much as the next guy.

Hell fullbore could charge $1000 plus your first born for a set and people would pay it (people pay obnoxious amounts for oem plastics).  And that may tickle your pickle but me... I ride my bikes.  That means these pretty new fenders will get worn (nature of the beast).  At $650 I'm definitely going to order a set.  If I saved cash then I'd order more.  It is what it is... some people have the world to spend on these things.  Me... this is just one of my hobbies and I see it as if I can save a few bucks some how some way then I will look into a possible way because that means I have more funds to put elsewhere into my toys.

But anyway I understand supply and demand and how this is great... but people need to stop being so emotional when somone wants to save coin if possible

When you call you can ask Taylor. Please be polite when you ask if there is a price break. Let us know. What I am saying is I don't see anyone asking the guy at the gas station for a discount if you fill er up. The price of plastic follows the price of gas. Both have tripled compared to what we used to pay in the last 10 years.

Thats funny as they see it as pain in the azz to make ATV plastics. The $650 price is what they were charging 10 years ago. I guess you guys do not see it the way I do. This is already a group buy. We are the 250r group.  If they were to make a run each year I believe you would see the price go up substantially.

IMO only way to be sure he will make more is if we buy all the ones he makes now.. if people preorder and fail to pay, I don't see this happening again

I really don't see any going unsold. If you cannot pay when the time comes I am sure there will be another list of people to take up all the extra's. Higgy explained to me that he has been working with the owner Jeff for the last week helping this come together. Kieth just Pm'd me this note. Yeah, I have no problem hanging onto Plastics for you. We'll see what happens, but it looks like they'll be making them again!! Almost a sure thang!! So hopefully all will go well and more runs will be made. I know alot of guys are freaking out cause they cannot afford them at this given point in time. A word to the wise. Start saving
