him riding that 500 was just for fun im sure because he likes to do off the wall crazy shit like that. im thinking his chances of winning were slim regardless of what bike. most them guys are near or in their prime. travis best days are long gone. still a hell of a rider though

The art of the scrub has changed the game from Travis day a bit. Even he said that when he was helping on the broadcast. If these were his prime days he would be one of the the scrubbers out there. He was and is very gifted on a scooter and could of been even faster with a dialed in modern top pro scrub technique.

Travis was always blazing fast over the jumps, whoops and straights. He just wasn't the best in the corners and wrecked quite a bit. He was sure fun to watch though.

im sure he would of been faster on a different bike like what the other guys were riding. more than anything i think he was just there to have fun with little intention of actually winning. showing up on a 500 2t seemed to confirm that theory, atleast in my mind

It was just for publicity. Red Bull is great for that.

Travis is the man for sure. Had he had the techniques the CURRENT pros had,  he had the bike to win. Would have been great if he could have made it a couple more rounds

watched the whole thing, the event was great. that second run travis had when he was way behind and pulled way out ahead in the last whoops section for the win was epic, not to mention rubbing salt in the wounds with the backflip. that shit was awesome :)

i tried chromecasting from my chrome browser on laptop, but i couldnt find the button. going to have to DL the red bull app, this new series of events they have look to be exciting.

I know this is unrelated but I thought this red bull video was pretty cool after watching Pastranas.
