I just bought a Ricks cdi and it firing way to soon and forceing the motor in reverse, so looking to buy 88-89 cdi that works the quicker the better.
Starting to love my 250r more and more!!

There should be some available. I have purchased 4 of the cr ignitions but they were all for 87. I believe you have to have the 88-89 version. XXX  motorsports will sell you the exact same thing for almost twice the price(honda retail). Buy 2 and ya get a 10% discount.

Hb-9 on plug. My numbers on the side if my dead REAL 88 oem are different than what the ebay one has.

Double the price(almost) compared to that ebay one. Same thing I'm telling ya. Just like his Service Honda cr500 re-branded BDT ignition. I was told by him it was brand new oem honda in package. That package was a ziploc baggie. They ARE brand new though. I just hate being lied to more than anything!

I found a new one for 100 bucks but I just lost 85$ on this crappy cdi.
