I have guns  but don't think I could ever pull the trigger on a deer. I love venison but just couldn't do it myself. Nice deer guys

Nice deer fellas.  I haven't even put on the camp yet this year.  We're mostly shotgun around here too.  We can use rifles in a few select areas though.  I've got a Remington 700 300 weather by mag.  It's like a small cannon on the shoulder.

nice deer guys used my last buck tag this morn.nice 8pt no pics dropped it at the taxidermist on the way home and never even took a pic with my phone now it will probably be a year or so before he gets it mounted. wasted my first tag on a 4 pt that was in a brushy field and looked bigger than it actually was. now if i can just use my last 3 doe tags week after next ill be set for the year on meat. the last 4 years ive been using a 7.62x39 ar-15 with handloads. rk88r i would probably fall out of the tree if a deer that size walked out on me here ive seen 12pts around hear that wouldnt hold a candle to your deer. i have got to make it up north to hunt some day.

He was a good sized deer. I don't think he was very old though. Probably only 2 1/2. Where I hunt if you let them go and grow you never see them again. I just make a snap decision, if it worth mounting I shoot. I let the little bucks go and eat bambi.

Our nine day rifle season is over...never seen a buck and can't shoot a doe in my neck of the woods.  Now we have a 10 day muzzleloader season starting Monday.  Maybe I can still get one with a gun.
