Looks fresh. I like white frames but I don't think white would do good here. I ride in red dirt.

Pegs would be one off in Hawaii;)

mail man brought me some presents

she said size does matter, and if its big enough theres no need for added ribs. im a believer, even tho it is huge it was a perfect fit.

I'm very impressed with your work on this Frame, great job, looks amazing. I also got a simple yet obvious tip from your photos, so smart to put the Tie rod ends to the stem first with out the rods / A-arms and everything else in the way trying to get your wrenches in there. Probably such a simple idea I look like a fool just pointing it out ha!

Either way, the project looks awesome!

thanks alot. i am very glad i spent the extra time cutting and welding the motor mounts into the right spots, with the powder on the mounts the motor slipped in with a perfect slip fit, and will all new motor mount bolts and nylon nuts i feel this thing is going to stay together and last.

yes i realized that trick along time ago, alot easier to put the ends on the steering stem when the stem is outside of the frame then down inside all those frame rails, its the little things like that, that make assembly alot more stress free :)

i am having a horrible problem with the swingarm though :(
the bolt that holds the front chain slider had broken off, im sure they guy who owned it previously lock-tited the piss out of the screw for some reason and it snapped off inside. i tried to drill it and use an extractor yesterday, sucker was so stuck i broke the extractor off in the drilled out screw. so today i am going to chuck a 3/16 ball end mill in the drill and try to hog it out. those extractors are hardened and i dont know really any other way to get it out.

besides having to put keyed inserts in the foot peg mount holes that is the only other hassle i have had with this build so far *fingers crossed*

didnt even cross my mind seeing how it was one of those itty bitty 6mm's, and it was broke down into the hole. i did get it all out with a carbide end mill chucked in the drill tho.

got some progress this weekend. intake tract and exhaust on, front end buttoned up.

heres my little helper :D only 3 and she already is turning wrenches :D

put in orders for chain and sprocks, shockwears and outerwears, and new clamp on uni yesterday. glad to be in the home stretch finally, i wanna rideeeeeeeee

now that my foam is here i gotta get the wife to restart on my seat cover, hopefully sometime this week.

the new 350g clears the rear radiator hose by just about a half inch, so u dont have to worry about it smashing up into that, although it does look like it is still going to vibrate around and rattle on the frame down in the front where it goes through. i think that has to do with how the expansion chamber hangs from the top motor mount instead of being mounted down at the front motor mount like esr pipes, which would make the mounting much more solid @ledperformance. other than that, great upgrade in design.
