I used a turbine core fmf in May at Silver lake and had no issues. I was running it with my ESR 6 mated to a Duncan 275 powervalve and it worked well. They weren't checking sound the two days I was there.

I've stamped on forestry approve lettering. They never looked at it and when I pointed it out they don't care. They will stick your silencer to check for a screen. I've had them look into the silencer with a flashlight before too. In the almost 20 years I've been going there I've never had, seen, or heard of them checking sound

besides the state campground it seems to be the most lenient, and its cheap. I've heard some of the others are no drinking and have to be in bed and lights out by like midnight or something.

Great you found one Jon. Where the heck did you find it. Hard to get. What silencer are you putting attaching it to?

It was 65 bucks, goes on with 3 set screws.

Doug that will work perfect.. Just be sure to check it after a couple runs to be sure it's not clogging up if ur running fat.

That's pretty slick doug. I found a guy who makes some simular to that for trials riding I wanna say they were ment to fit over a 1 1/4 pipe or something like that.. unfortunatly wouldn't of works with my esr set up.. it was a slick idea though I'll have to see if I can find it again
