yes. And I use a banshee exhaust hanger. I think the trx one is a little too short without a lengthening bracket of some sort.

I have had two different CT midrange pipes and both fit just fine with an aftermarket flange, no idea on what brand flange though. In fact, I think I have had two different flanges and both were no issues.

I have 2 of these pipes. No issues with fit. The head stay hanger needs to be lengthend. Im pretty sure of that. As far as the flange I've never had an issue.
I don't use Orings or rtv sealant on the flange. I use tire plugs. I'll have to do a write up on it. Pm me and I'll try to explain

This pipe is a lot tighter than the head pipe I had. on the fmf I had to use a lot of rtv to stop it from spooging all over. Some of it got behind the o ring and caused the problem. I cleaned it out but it is still a lot tighter of a fit, which is good I think. Now I just need to find an exhaust hanger and I'm strait 📬
