Many tradesmen do side jobs. A non-compete would only kick in if he was working for a competitor or using the brand I think, but I'm not a lawyer. I doubt that this is the first non-BDT pipe that he has made. The only reason he is making a stink is that it came up on the forum that he "owns". It's hilarious how a KR pipe costs 600 but a BDT pipe made by KR costs 850. The coc is all about the suckers. 🐑🔫💸

Non compete clauses are about competition for the business. It's a conflict of interest if you provide the same service your employer does, at a lower cost. Really doesn't matter what 'brand' it is, still a KR pipe. If he'd kept his mouth shut, he'd have a reasonably competitively priced KR pipe to chose from.

Awesome. I agree but we all love talking about our quads. If that wasn't the case none of us would be here lol. I'm glad it worked out in the end. I'm going riding and camping for 3 or 4 days over labor day too and the last thing I would want is to be worrying about whether my pipe will get to me on time.:cool:

Led pipe is 399 , plus 195 for the muffler . Yeah if i would if not posted anything or needed a simple opinion on what pipe i should go for , i would have a KR pipe for the same price as an LED. But il double state in all caps I DID NOT KNOW HE WORKED FOR BDT. I talked to john at sandtoy to see if he had a pipe to he wanted to sell and he said call Kenny heres him number, thats all . And i didnt know posting about my new motor and pipe is a crime . Can someone please explain what the purpose of a forum is then , because i seem to be un-educated .

Carla acts like Kenny doesn't have the means to build pipes on the side....as if he needs building #7 to do all of his work (we haven't seen buildings 1-6). If you can weld as good as Kenny, you have all of your own equipment.

Carlos lies and that is it. He supplies everything Kenny needs to make pipes. And a good paycheck. He did not have a conversation with Kenny, the boss told him he was not doing pipes on the side. End of conversation.
