smart carb for 330

Is it worth it to upgrade to a smart carb for a mx ported 330 motor? I have a 41.5 on now. Will there be any clearance issues on a atc with a 4 gallon IMS tank?

The envelope of the smart carb is basically the same size as the Keihin. So if the Keihin fits now, the SC should fit as well.
