So this is what I have started based on suggestions of others to help coordinate and get the group a little more organized. Everyone hoped to help get some more time as a group. Thanks Marc and Jamie for your input. Any other thoughts to add or suggestions?

Early birds are meeting at the Silver Sands Hotel at 9am on Thursday the 16th.
Meet Ups:
Parking Vouchers: You can get them early on Friday Morning for the weekend. Gathering 4 guys in one vehicle is allowed to get 4 separate vouchers. Timing for this would be important. If you miss the early vouchers you need to go on the waiting list. That sucks.
Parking Together: It would be nice to get everyone to get in line around the same time. This may be a logistical nightmare. However, if we can pull it off it would be worth it. Reason being is that the parking lot is now filled like a concert venue parking. You cannot pick where you want to park. They will cattle you into the next available spot. It would be better if we were all in the same rows or at least close to each other.
Pictures: We should pick specific times each day to get whole group pictures on the dunes. Most missed it last year and there was no communication. Something like every day at 1pm and/or sunset. Easy to remember and everyone will show up.
Drag strip: Would be nice to get all the R’s to take over (and dominate) the strip for a while…
Daily Rides: Marc suggested daily meet ups for group rides. Meeting on top of Test Hill may be the easiest location to meet up. We could do as many as we want, or none at all.

7:00pm. Sunset Run. (always my favorite)
All Night Uncle Marc’s Beer Bong Bungalow… Enough said. Sky suggests you bring fireball as a host gift.
Breaking Stuff: Everyone is here to help everyone else. If you need something ask.
Eating: Suggested but not mandatory.
PM Drinking is most important.
Lunch- Grills run in the dunes parking lot during the day. Jamie Greenman is the grill master. He loves helping others. Bring your own food.
Dinner options are: Sands Restaurant (or any), Grilling in the hotel parking lot area. Many hang there or at Marc’s
