Not off craigslist but a friend who didn't have any patience I try to get some pics up in the next few days, mostly bought for the transmission and kicker gearassembly and to have  a spare crank

What do you need to know?  I know a bit about them.  As far as head o-rings what head is on it?  Is it a stock one that is o-ringed?  If so that is a custom machined head so you will need to measure the grooves and find some o-rings locally.  I actually make my own o-rings out of Viton stock.

Lets see this cylinder/motor.  What is the motor setup for?

base gasket seems to be trouble on these motors.

ill try to post some pics here soon, the head is a 2 piece just like a cool head, and the seems to be a spacer welded to the bottom of the cylinder... the rod is a ck109 i think its a long rod. heard its not a good idea to run it in this setup. also when the cases were machined it looks like they were welded up, ive only seen epoxy is that normal as well. just trying to decide to build it or just keep and the good parts.

Depending on how it was built the base gasket can cause all kinds of issues.  The Polaris cylinder and Honda cases do not match perfect. Jug needs to be welded to fill the holes and then re drilled.  This can warp the base and cause more issues.  They also use a spacer plate which opens up more possibilities for air leaks.

On mine I made a spacer that matches the Polaris cylinder on one side and the Honda cases on the other.  Makes for a smooth transition and more sealing surface.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER RUNNING THE CYLINDER WITHOUT DOING A LEAKDOWN.

A couple companies made a cool head for the Polaris cylinder.  Check HPD for the o-rings.

Is this motor polished by chance?  If so I'm pretty sure I'm familiar with it.  If you decide to part with it let me know.  Been wanting to build another motor.
