I had asked if i can use bond to fill ding and hope it works u guys wanted some pics so here are some the ding is on the part that seperates the crank and trany the ones near the bolt hole dont realy worry me i think those will be fine when the bolt tightens there it is the one on the flat that have me concerned let me know what you all think thanks

Do u think it would seal the ding in the pic. And the dings around the bolt hole do u think those will be a issue or is there enough flat to seal up

Best option would be to have the cases welded.  But to get by I would fill the ding with some epoxy puddly or even jb weld.  Then use a bit of the sealer.  Should hold fine.

That's what I needed to know I was hoping the tree bond would help seal it up but if not I will have to take a different rout thanks for letting me know the three bond will not seal that ding that dose suck though nothing can be easy. Also the dings around the bolt hole are those anything to worry about are are they in a non worry area thanks again

The only ding I see is in the crank area where it looks like there was an accidental grinded spot. Is that what you are talking about?

Are the other dings you're talking about the closest bolt hole to the other ding were discussing?  If so they should be fine.  But filling them with a small amount of epoxy wouldn't hurt.  You really need the crank sealing surface as flat as possible.

any time I have a ding in the aluminum I first knock down any high points with a hammer (very carefully) then lightly file or use a flat plate to make the surface flat again. Knocking down the material really helps from creating a large hole.
Anyone looking for a great builder I highly recommend the following.
For CP products dealers I would recommend:
Arlan at LED(site sponsor), Pete Schemberger at Hybrid Engineering, Mat Shearer at Shearer Custom Pipes, Dennis Packard at Packard Racing, and Nate McCoy of McCoys Peformance.

Other great builders I also would recommend: Neil Prichard, Jerry Hall, Bubba Ramsey and James Dodge.
