*I haven't made one yet, but I think they can be cut with a piece threaded into the spark plug hole might be the easiest.
*Thanks for the tip on builders. I'll do this once I have the prototype tested. The slot needs to accomodate non-gasketed heads with no spacer place to CR gaskets with a spacer plate. An ATC/TRX gaskets may be possible (w/spacer plate), and a couple other tests need to pass. We're heading to summer here in Phx (which isn't fun), so I'm working on a plan to test, and get that feedback to Bryan.
*I don't have a firm price yet because I want to bright anodize (clear) the shell so it's finish stays consistent over time for people who maintain a quality ashetic (like me). But I'll try to keep cost with an uncut dome close to what a $240 coolhead would be. I think this would be good for people/builders who want their head spac'd for their own specific engine.
That's the idea so far anyway.
