Yeah that's too bad that he is no longer there.  I just bought an entire cylinder kit with pipe and many other accessories from Tom and he took very good care of me.  Maybe too good.  Anyways keep this thread updated for anyone that knows whats going on there because Im going to need a new name for who to deal with when I call ESR.  Im glad I went with them instead of the other builder that never returned my calls or pm's that I left my number on.  Probably was too busy typing posts to do any real work.(sorry guys had to get that jab in)

hope everything is alright w ESR as well as Tom; i have talked to Tom a handful of times but hes always been very helpful. And my buddy Kyle is looking to order an ESR 310 kit in the next week or two lol

Eddie contacted one of our members personally that has had some issues with his ESR cylinder and apologized for all the issues he has had with the cylinder and customer service.  Offered to send him a brand new cylinder kit.  Looks like ESR is doing just fine, if not better.

No, camping on Alger Island on 4th Lake with my family.

Ok, didnt know, but when you said Anerondikes I know that is where Doug said he lived. He talks like that is a beautiful place.
