If Tom really is gone, you got to give it up to him for staying as long as he has.
I mean like every day, it was somebody just raking him over the coals about something & really he had nothing to do with it if it was a product failure, other than answering the phone & helping ship out orders.
After a while, a man can only take so much pounding & then you got to get away from it some how.

Oh Gawd. Here we go. There are those on the site that know me. Don't really care one way or another. That is a good point though.

I did not mean to start anything, you could have told us a little more. Thanks for the info, I am sure we would all want to know why. I do not know him personally but he has always been a great help when I needed it. Will miss having him on-board.

That message was not directed to you. Another guy deleted his posts after questioning my authenticity. No worries. I like Tom and know him. Had a lot of conversations with him. I should have just kept quiet I guess

You have to understand we are still on our toes from people pretending to be someone who they are not, it was your first post so it was odd, but glad you are legit and we welcome you here! Thanks for sharing that with us.
Anyone looking for a great builder I highly recommend the following.
For CP products dealers I would recommend:
Arlan at LED(site sponsor), Pete Schemberger at Hybrid Engineering, Mat Shearer at Shearer Custom Pipes, Dennis Packard at Packard Racing, and Nate McCoy of McCoys Peformance.

Other great builders I also would recommend: Neil Prichard, Jerry Hall, Bubba Ramsey and James Dodge.

I can vouch for albert talked to him several years ago about carbs on his 310.  He lives in the area of the shop and has seen esr at the dunes so I think he knows.

I can't see esr closing up they have been in the business too long and have a massive piece of the market.  If you really think about it could you build a aftermarket 250r today and not use one part from esr?  Probably not.

I doubt that Eddie would close up to. That is his life. Eddie is a great guy but hard to figure out. He isn't going to win any congeniality contest by any stretch. Just passing the info for those who like Tommy. For those who dont like him well....not sure what to say. I'm sure someone will take his place or maybe already has. I live 4 hours north of them but consider that my local riding area.

That suxs that tom is no longer there but esr will not be going anywhere. I am sure it will take a bit for however goes to work there to get up to speed with where tom was at but life will go on. I sure wish tom luck with whatever he is doing and thank him for his help in the past.

Tom is gone so there is an opening at ESR?  Maybe I need a new job.  Live at the coast and sell R parts.  Dream job!

I thought about that as well but it could never replace my gig for me. I would suggest that anyone that calls and does not get an answer to leave a message and you 2 guys should call asap. lol.
