Yes,I believe that is correct, and that is the boot I have. Problem is,the intake and the front bottom of the air bix will be into the shock if I slide it forward any more. Maybe there is less room on the Housers then on Laegers?

Got to ride today, well the kids did more riding than I got to. All in all the Crf did good, runs great for basically a stock motor! Still miss the R,but happy with my purchase. Even got my 80+ year old great Aunts to sit on the hybrid for a pic! Great day, rest of the family brought their quads, kids got to ride and we had some good food, thats what its all about!

Very good family day, even the wife and daughter spent some time on the 50! I have to say, that 50 had a hard day,it pretty much ran constant for a good 4-5hrs.

Well, its sitting in the air with no shocks or arms right now. Front end is for sale as well as the rear shock. Hopefully have a trade deal going to get some Houser arms. Need to sell a few things a make a house payment. I will update in a few weeks. Also discovered the clutch cover gasket has a small drip,so the motor will have to be atleast be unbolted and slide forward(no room). So it was supposed to be just built,I may just pull it and double check everything. I dont want to do a full build on this thing yet,nor do I have the $$$. I want to enjoy this one for awhile. Just change a few things,it bugs me that it doesnt have Houser arms and stem

Nice hybrid you have there man. I get what you're saying when you want everything to be true and overall the same builder parts. I remember for the longest I was in the middle of converting an all Gibson YFZ to Walsh and I was stuck for a while on the subframe...bugged me so much. The problem was the Walsh mounted differently on the frame compared to the Gibson...but boy it bugged me bad haha.

None the less should be a nice hybrid once it's all setup the way you describe, I've only seen a handful of complete Houser hybrids if that, on the net.

Update, got a set of Houser +3's and a Houser stem. Also got a Pep zps rear shock instead of the Elka she had. If things go right she will get a set of big can fronts next week. I have to pull the motor to change the clutch cover gasket so maybe the frame will get a color change as I will be getting red oem plastic soon,I just cant seem to get past the neon yellow. Thinking maybe white frame, with the red plastic. Arms are black lowers and chrome uppers with a black swingarm, nerfs and Dwt G2's. Thoughts?

I've thought many times of doing a white frame with red plastics i think it'd look good. Don't see to many with that combo.

Lol,I've always done the red frames, and will always prefer that with white plastics, but since I got red plastics coming, that just throws me off. Deuce has a few good ideas and really got me thinking(damn him)! I really wanted to keep this as a "clean rider" and not have polished or chrome stuff. Just wanted something I could ride, wash, and put away. Not have to polish anything, well thats out, theres chrome and a few polished parts already.
