This is cool.  Saves me from making my own since I never find time to finish making the knobs.  Here’s what I was going to do using a HSS form tool and radius mill.  I ground the form tools years ago for other parts.

I still grind my own custom tools for the manual lathe.

The latch looks awesome Sonny!

Joe, I grind my own tooling quite often. I prefer using Hss over carbide on aluminum and plastics. A little radius on the hss tool gives a nice finish. Of course you machinist fellas already know that stuff. I’m just a lowly knuckle dragging millwright lol.

High speed still has a place. Not generally in my shop, but there is still a place for it :)

Most just message me on Facebook (Sonny Fricia). I am in some of the TRX rider groups.

You can also email me as well, but no site yet. Too many projects and I just haven't had a chance to get around to building a site.

I try to be respectful of the forum rules, so I don't plug my parts or sell on here.

Sonny, thanks as always for the parts you make.  Also, thanks for respecting the forum rules.
