2 stroke oil in bottom of cases?

oil should be in the bottom of the crankcase.  the turbulence when the crank spins, it shoots oil up onto the cylinder walls and lubricates your piston and rings.

I couldnt find the dipstick for the bottom of my cases to check to make sure I had enough oil in it.  Oh wait thats on a 4poke.  We are talking about 2 strokes right??

yes you get oil residual left in the crank, however an inch deep is excessive, try only mixing enough premix to use that day,

I am definitely guilty of mixing more fuel than I need I just want to be able to jump on and go whenever I may want to go for a spin.  I should say that there was no excessive smoke when I started it up and it was probably loaded up a little bit when I parked it

Dominator is a clean burning oil, but that doesn't mean its a 100% combustion oil,
its meant for high heat high compression high rpm engines, but to be honest its not the best mixing of oils, add time in the tank and the molecules even separate more..

keep you premix fresh and run it harder and hotter and you will have less residual oil build up in your crank and more complete protection from properly burned premix

That makes sense.   I run dominator in everything that I have....chainsaws, moped, weedwacker, etc.. and I dont have any problems with anything.....

i seen your other post about $40 can ship a whole engine. similar to your inch of mix in the cases. you sir are a long ways from reality
to much power is almost enough

I shipped a LT500 engine in a big cooler to HPR in Arizona for $66.  And that thing was 90lbs.  But when he shipped it back to me it was $90 plus insurance?  Shipped my last 250r engine across the country for $33.  Now my fed-ex guy does give me a business discount.  It is always cheaper than what is quoted online.  Maybe I am spoiled?
