beautiful. i imagine being right on the coast the wind smoothes out the ruts and everything very quickly so is probably smooth more often then not ya?

It all depends. It can get pretty rough out there sometimes, especially during the busy summer season. It is awesome though regardless.

Pismo very similar, but be warned the sand can be some of the RUFFEST! stuff out there especially with that much moisture. Glamis is different sand dosent get as ruff, cause it's dry out there.

We have a trip planned to Winchester May 11-15. Can't wait! I've never been there in March, looks like a lot of standing water for sure!
