Triple pass Radiator

Hi all,
Just wanted to post up some pictures and details on my new radiator design. Most of the pictures are customer submitted.

Notched for extra steering stem clearance. 1/8" NPT air bleed plug can double as a temp sensor bung. 3" thick, internally baffled triple pass design so there's no unsightly external weld seems on tanks. Outlet moved inward 1-7/8" from edge to increase pipe clearance. Available with or without integrated shrouds. 100% Made in USA.

I'll be the first to admit that the radiator is overkill for most builds, it started out as being a one off build to help cool our 500cc+ shop engines during R&D stress testing and was never intended to be released, but after having great results and pressure from a few people that knew about them and wanted one for themselves, I have decided to make them available on a built to order basis.

Beautiful work!

Thank you. I went to great lengths, 4-5 different core designs, 8+ different tank designs to make it fit and function to the best of my ability.

If anyone has any questions or constructive criticism please feel free to chime in.

Thanks

To me, figuring out pricing is one of the hardest things to do as a business. Because on one hand I am an enthusiast like everyone else and think to myself "would I buy this or that for $xxx price?", but on the other hand I value my time and want to stay in business. My goal is to put out as high quality products as my ability allows, at the lowest price I can afford to.

There are quite a few more products in the works that will be coming out this year and next that are unlike anything else available, there's a few big names in the industry that are aware or have been involved with the refinements over the past 5-6 years. This radiator was kind of a byproduct of that R&D.
