Our dunes are 2-3 square miles tops. Your parking lot is probably bigger.  First time i have been to the dunes in 10 years. I could not even get in 5th gear. I ran out of sand.  I like the trails better you can ride half the state.

Directional traffic so you don't get blown out by someone coming up the back of a hill. Half the dunes are one direction, unless you can't make it up the hill then you can turn around

the first motor is in a 88 frame.  i had a couple fmf pipes from the bikes that were sitting around.  this was the only frame i had without a motor. this motor has both a stock 500 and a liger pattern.  We have two motors too be built with this setup.

I also attached pics of a few of the bikes ive built and some 70-75hp portwork i do on stock cylinders. The pics of the other cylinder is the liger cylinder (unported) which comes in sizes of 550cc-685cc. In my opinion they run best around 585-625cc.

300-400 Hundred hours to design and  probably 100-150 Hrs  to machine just the case and side covers

One material for aluminum sleeves is called dispal. It is impregnated aluminum. Never tried it with a two stroke cylinder, sleeved some chevy ls motors with it. Cuts great and hones easy. I think bmw has a aluminum bore production engine

I never changed my jetting. The fogger has a fuel and a nitrous jet in it.  It looks like the boss noss kit is a wet system also. You may want
to give them a call and see what they offer. You may have to retard your timing depending on how much you spray. I never changed mine.
