My neighbor to my east is a J/O as we'll but I asked nicely and asked if he would like to make it a physical altercation! Of course he declined but he does not talk or say any smart remarks to my wife anymore. And one more thing if you do get in words with that clown PLEASE no witnesses, then it is your word against his word, good luck hope you can resolve uncomfortable issue!
