ok got some more updates. Going riding this weekend so decided to throw on the CR ignition. I was using a 200w ricky stator and flywheel.
Before:

After:

Used a Pumashine polished coil mount

Decided to go with a cr125 cdi just for fun. Didnt know where or how to mount it since i dont have a sleave but this should work for now

Ok so the day didnt go as planned; didnt get to ride much and didnt waste my gas because i lost a nut. Oh well the whole quad is in boxes now and will focus on other projects.

This project will be continued........

Yea a buddy rolled over because of it. Nothing happened to the bike n who cares about him. The good thing is that he rolled as he was crawling down a rutted dune and quad had a soft landing.

Im thinking of getting some of these but not sure if they fit roll arms http://www.ebay.com/itm/381449224633?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Cotter pin with a castle nut works best
