Somehow I ended up buying a cr rad valve so I'm looking for a trx one now. Anyone have one you can sell?

I'd maybe trade a trx for a cr one. I have 2 you can pick from. Are you 100% sure it's a cr one and what kind of shape is it in?

I would be interested in a even trade also as long as yours is stamped 02B. Mine is 04A.

Is there a number on your Rad Valves

Most of  the early CR250 Rad Valves have a 02B and the ATC250R and TRX 250R had a 04A stamped on them.

Looks like supernut was typing at the same time I was

You want the 02B. Works better in most applications... Other than fit and alignment. Use a 3/4" reed spacer.

Best regards

Mine only has 02 stamped in the side. I'm still looking for a trx one if anyone has one. The condition of the reed petals and boot doesn't really matter since I have new one's. Just need a good reed block

I think the CR rad valve reed petals are a little shorter than the TRX petals. I'd have to look through my spare parts to verify that but I remember finding a set of carbon petals that were slightly taller than the ones on my CR cage.
