Hi where would be the cheapest place to send a Duncan pc2000 cylinder to be renikasiled and get new piston/ ring set? Duncan quoted me $620! Must be a cheaper way surely?

X2. They did my PC2000 cylinder about a year ago.

I was very happy when I used Millenium for a 4 stroke cylinder...  I'd just get a new piston and send it along with the cylinder to them.

ive checked milleniums plating work  with bore gauges and didnt really find anything to complain about but ill never have them weld anything again after they botched my last cylinder though. ill be doing my own chamfering as well. from what ive seen in the past they put a huge chamfer on the windows which is fine for most people but thats not how i want mine. so basically only thing ill use millenium for is to apply the plating and ill do all the rest
to much power is almost enough

I have used all of the plating companies and have had the least problems with Millenium's plating, and cylinder repair
