the problem with sk tools is for me anyway is there is nowhere that warranties them . i have some that are broken and it sucks. and as for snap on i seen a recent ' how its made ' tv  show and they were making snap on ratchets right here in the usa ! but i did trade in a worn out 12'' snap on adjustable wrench and got a made in spain for a replacement and even though not china, quality was not the same as my o.g. wrench that was made in america . dammit

I need a new tool box. A BIG one. Snap on and mac is out of the question. I seriously can not afford it. no HB here. So it looks like a craftsman's box. I'm sure it will be China made

hard to say on the craftsman tool boxes. i know they make alot of different ones. if you have a sears in the area just walk in and it should say on the box. unfortunatly some of the craftsman stuff is china. 20-30yrs ago is was probly all usa.  i do know that theres a shit load of different companies making the large tool boxes so you might take a gander on the internet. the high end boxes are alot of money so i can understand what your saying.

do a google search for usa made tool chests. armstrong seem reasonably priced and im quit sure they are usa. i also found this which might be worth looking into. very good priced and it says usa made http://www.elitetoolboxes.com/madeinusa.aspx. for $500-$700 youll have a damn nice setup. i know nothing of that brand other then what i found in a quick google search

When I worked at Sears in high school (2004-2007), the tool boxes were made in mexico

Kennedy boxes are awesome! I have a small handyman type box that I picked up at a garage sale. Coolest thing
