I have a jug ported by esr has a 68 mm bore is this a good set up and any part numbers on 88 piston kit for 68mm piston any pros and cons would be appreciated

There should be a stamp on your piston indicating the type and size. I wouldn't alter the setup without the advice from an experienced builder. There are differences in pistons depending on rod length.
