Ordered front and rear brake lines. The rear they sent was 10" too long. I sent it back. Cost me $7 to ship. Then they sent me the correct one. Am I ignorant or should they refund my $7?

I think its common to pay return shipping for returns but if they ****ed it up I can see where they should.

You are right June. They should have sent you a return shipping label at their expense.

I'll call him again tomorrow. I've ordered a lot of stuff and never had problems with them but one other time. I sent email when I noticed it was wrong. He called me back pretty quick just never addressed the cost of me shipping it back. I'll call him tomorrow

Yeah give them a call, I dealt with a lady before and she handled the problem quickly. Had a few phone calls back and forth about availability and colors but it was handled within an hour. They get some negative feedback on ebay about shipping time because people arent smart enough to realize that everything is drop shipped from the manufacturer. Well the cost of what they sell parts for far out weighs waiting an extra day or two.

O yeah I'm not complaining. I've made many purchases. Been too busy to actually call them
