Just curious if I'm the only one... Thanks!

It's amazing what a small change can do to renew interest in my 250R's...

With all the posting, hearsay and general BS of the past, I had just about weaned myself off forums and therefore ATV's in general.
After talking to Dan and several more 250R friends (and registering for the .org), I'm as addicted as I ever was...
Even the interest in my fresh Demon 450R has fallen away as I scrounge parts and information related to my 85, 86 & 88 relics.

Am I the only one with a regenerated interest in these great machines and our great hobby?    Now I can't wait to finish my long-neglected 86 project to post pics here.

Thank you to everyone who made this possible.

Thanks Dan... I hope to get my swingarm(s) and a-arms all installed this week, then be ready for a dune trip pretty soon.   I can't wait to see how bad your hybrid CRF stomps my 450cc stocker.

Thanks, but the pics aren't very impressive...

Here's the 330R and 450R that are both going under the knife this week.

The 450 picked up a little more after that first sheet was printed (converted to STD hp, not SAE), and we kept tinkering with the jetting.  Ended up at 59.18 hp, in 105 degree heat, and is still a well-mannered trail bike with a funny idle.  It's fun to drag my "stock" 450R against bikes (and riders) that look way faster than they are.

I know what your saying, I bought a 86 trx thinking id put a piston in it then flip for a few bucks,  well that plan didnt happen, and now this bike has grown on me and i'm thinkin my CR250 might go away and this trx take its place!     Jim

That's what happened to me in 2002, but I ditched a brand-new Raptor for my 86, then an 85, 88, then another 86 project, and on and on...
My 450 was just a good deal on something with an electric starter, until it lost compression and the "might as well" mentality took over.
