Anyone looking for a great builder I highly recommend the following.
For CP products dealers I would recommend:
Arlan at LED(site sponsor), Pete Schemberger at Hybrid Engineering, Mat Shearer at Shearer Custom Pipes, Dennis Packard at Packard Racing, and Nate McCoy of McCoys Peformance.

Other great builders I also would recommend: Neil Prichard, Jerry Hall, Bubba Ramsey and James Dodge.

I ride PINNED! Therefore, no bdt in this household.

only 110hp :(

That motor ended up hydro-locking on the dyno trying to squeeze more boost into it. That was proably 5 years ago and I do not think they ever put it back together

being it was a turbo motor it probably kicked very easy with its low compression

I don't know for sure but I think you are right, I am pretty sure it never made it to a planet sand race though

never heard anymore about that bike, I seen pictures of a bike Neil did with a blower on it but it never worked, they could not build any kind of boost with it because the stinger was to big to allow it to build enough pressure but if they made the stinger smaller it would burn pistons.
It was a pretty wild setup with the blower being driven off the flywheel with a cogged belt

I'm pretty sure it ran mid 90's up fallon in a custom chassis.. Funny thing he was rolling on in order to save the tranny and wouldn't even get on it till the bottom of the hill.  I copied a vid of him running up the hill before ps crashed and lost all their  vids and pictures only to have my computer crash and loose that video.. :fighting0085:

I want someone to buy this motor and put it in a drag chassis and race it, so I can say that was my motor! I don't have the balls, I left them at alter when I got married.

I was talking to a builder and He informed me that the early 496 cylinders setup for the artic cat rod came with lower transfers lining up with the piston @ tdb like Dave described and @ tdc the piston came up .010" short to the top of the cylinder just like Wayne's cylinder.  I'm sorry for all your hardships with elinore. I went through the same when I tried a "The new thing" setup..
