Precision shock and vibe clamps....awesome.

Over the winter I added these clamp and I must say wow. Takes away a lot of vibration. On the track when you hit a deep rut it absorbs a lot of the yank. Also saves your wrist from hard flat landing(which I did a lot of last weekend). Needless to say I sold my fasstflexs on my crf and going to be putting these on it.

I've got these and the ccp stabilizer. I've hit some off camber roots and ruts and a good speed and I swear I should have broken parts and gone over the bars but they took the beating and I easily stayed on. The best is you don't really know it's working but I remember my stock setup and there's no way I'll go back.

So you like these better than the fast flex bars, huh? What differences/improvements did you seen in them versus the flexbars?

The one reason I liked the Faast bars is when leaning to the left or right it provides relief to your wrists in the really tight stuff.

I did look at the Precision clamps but went the flex bars route, on a dirtbike no doubt i'd go with the Precision clamps.

So you like the Precision clamps over the Faast bars on a quad?

I did not run the flexx on my R, only on my crf. flexxs have movement up and down only while the shock n vibes have a full 360 motion, up down forward back etc. When cornering you still get that relief. When hitting whoops you really notice the forward/back motion and when you flat land, which I do a lot, it saves your wrist. While the flexxs are super nice and do improve a lot over just an anti vibe I personally feel that the shock n vibes are the the next step over the flexx. I am no racer, just a dune/trail guy with the occasional trip to a mx park. I originally went the shock n vibe route because it was cheaper than getting a second set of flex bars but after riding on these just on my local trails i rode home and took my flex bars off my crf, sold them , and now have two sets of shock n vibes.  Just my opinion from a rider but I will not buy flex bars even if they were cheaper. If you watch their videos on their site they say you don't notice your shock n vibe clamps till you ride another quad/bike that doesn't have them. That is 100% true.

From what you are describing they sound like they are a lot like the Rox Anti-vibe risers.  They also had 360 degrees of motion (really hated that on steep decents).  I ran those and Flexx bars together and thought the combination was awesome.  I've been thinking about the Precision clamps for awhile now and may give them a shot once I get my R back together.

It's takes a bit to get use to it but once setup correctly it greatly reduces the beating your upper body takes in rough terrain.

Maybe one day myself or someone can get a good slow-mo video of them in action on rough terrain.

Thanks for the honest comparision and feedback. I was curious myself as to which one might be better.

When you are riding you don't feel the bars moving, no little jitters, yanks or holes are felt it the bars. You feel the quad bouncing around in the pegs. Say you hit a big pothole and it jerks you to the left, the bars absorb most of that say you can still be in control. There is a video on presicions website, there is a gopro mounted to the bars, it looks like the bars aren't moving.
