So here is the deal.  Bought this frame for $160 dollars for pretty much a roller.  I have now stripped it down and dropped the frame off at a welder to fix the poor repairs that have done over the years.  Will follow up with the progress as it goes.

Thanks to all the members that have supplies a laundery list of parts!!!

Just trying to get the parts together to get it set up for a good xc quad.  Nothing major, most likely stocker.  But the engine I am either going to build a 310 or a 330.

I was going to do just that but the welder is going to make all the gussets.

Still waiting on chassis to get back from welder!!!!:miserable:

But the good news is that due to the site I have allot of parts, front breaks, rear brakes, rear axle carrier, coolant res, master cylinder, axle lock nut, fuel tank, seat, CDI and some more misc items.

The largest item needed is the motor. I have had a couple members offering some motors but I think I finally have a deal made, just have to see if they still have it on payday!

Frame dropped off at the powder coaters yesterday, will post pics when it is finished.  Received my motor via fedex, tore the top end down to find the piston broke in two pcs.  Crank feels good not much play at all.  Looking for recomendations on shop to send cylinder to for a bore and port.  Thinking about going with the 68.50mm kit.  Motor by vin is a 1985 ATC250R.
