The ones I have used, thread on the end of the crankshaft. You remove the nut and normally the washer also.
the flywheel has a tool that bolts onto the face of it and you turn it with a square drive on your ratchet wrench.
after it has been screwed on tight( I recommend a few more pounds over what Honda specs) then you tighten 4 small set screws to prevent it from loosening. Remove the tool and you are done.
