thanks alot. i am very glad i spent the extra time cutting and welding the motor mounts into the right spots, with the powder on the mounts the motor slipped in with a perfect slip fit, and will all new motor mount bolts and nylon nuts i feel this thing is going to stay together and last.
yes i realized that trick along time ago, alot easier to put the ends on the steering stem when the stem is outside of the frame then down inside all those frame rails, its the little things like that, that make assembly alot more stress free

i am having a horrible problem with the swingarm though

the bolt that holds the front chain slider had broken off, im sure they guy who owned it previously lock-tited the piss out of the screw for some reason and it snapped off inside. i tried to drill it and use an extractor yesterday, sucker was so stuck i broke the extractor off in the drilled out screw. so today i am going to chuck a 3/16 ball end mill in the drill and try to hog it out. those extractors are hardened and i dont know really any other way to get it out.
besides having to put keyed inserts in the foot peg mount holes that is the only other hassle i have had with this build so far *fingers crossed*
