Went back to the hose shop and found the missing link. The hose is a 3/4 that turns 90* into a 5/8 and a reducer. This will be used as the bottom radiator hose.

Hey Mandom u can also try a late 80's and on ford small block water pump to thermostat hose they are exactly the same thing with out the adapter u have only shorter. Now that I'm thinking about it there are many Ford vehicles(Aerostar, ranger, econoline) that use that 3/4 -90 degree to 5/8 straight hose if u wanted to ditch adapter. FYI. I would go to parts hose and just look around and always find one, common hose. u seem to have this build well under control.

As of right now its ready to ride but i decided to wait till tomorrow morning to crank it up. I think the neighbor is in trouble because he got home late and had to knock to get in his house lol. His wife must have locked the door on him. Ill post some pics and hopefully a video of the first start up tomorrow.

Jegs and summit sell universal mandrel "U" bends in various materials and diameters, that are light weight and strong if u want something more durable for cheap. just have to cut to desired length/angle. U can also swing by a exhaust shop and look in there scrap pile they take a lot of nice stainless exhaust off new vehicles. FYI most vehicle OEM exhaust is high quality stainless due to emission standards/ high temp. Look for truck tuff that will have the larger diameter tubing. Most exhaust shops will be able to flare the tubing, for a good fit on the filter. I've always tried to use the resources around me or available to me, so i was creative back in the day. Cause extra coin wasn't. LOL!
