Just curious Tony, why is 87 your favorite year?  I't mine too because I have 3 87 frames now :smile-new:

The bar across the front where the bumper attaches look better. The front sub motor mounts replaced the 86 cast iron ones looks much better. Over all wheel base is longer than the 88-89. My next choice is the 88 except the -1 wheel to wheel measurement. But easily modified with a longer swing-arm. The 88 is much more harder to find.

Just an update, hopefully this bike will get a tear down and rebuild coming this spring.... along w/ a new motor!  Got too many irons in the fire right now though!!!
