Right on! Glad you got it figured out. And thanks for not bailing out when the site was giving you problems. You got a real nice ride there.

That poor thing looks like a couple of Transformers had a cage fight inside the motor. Glad you got her going again. You're like a pit bull on a pork chop.
Keep her rich and keep that little girl safe.

Ha ha thanks. I'm pretty happy with it. Absolutely crazy fast. I'll take good care of her. I have a carb rebuild in the mail. Can't wait to get it perfect

Beautiful bike! I'd love to find a front set of Riken radials again like those. Just lazy and don't miss grooving tires. I've been reading up on the ESR 310 and 330 kits myself. Glad to hear the power is awesome and customer service is as well.

The Bike and engine looks Great!! WE do a lot of business with Eddie and he has always been Great to deal with.
What type of ignition do you have on the bike? Your pilot choice is scaring me.. We run 39MM cabs on a number of our builds. Usually end up Jetted around a 58 to 60 on the pilot and 182 to 185 on the main. The bike will have some lag on the bottom if it is jetted to lean. it could also cause the motor to starve and seize up. We are in Central VA at about 900 ft elevation. just thought I would add my 2 cents :o)

Hey I appreciate the kind words. I've only had about 1 hour tops of ride time since it was ridden after break in. I've been thinking pretty hard about the jetting it does sound aweful lean to me too. It's kinda laggy in the bottom end range but she's a screamer once she's opend up. I'm going to play with the jetting after my carb rebuild gets here. Haven't had anytime to play with it lately. I will keep you guys posted shortly. It's the stock trx ignition but hope to do the cr upgrade this winter . I did buy my 2.5 year old daughter a 05 Ltz50 and she's in love. Already helped me strip it down and clean it top to bottom. Did the bottom end oil change, oil injection pump delete, carb rebuild, and rides it like she stole it!! she like the idea of filling up from dads ol race fuel can.

shes gonna get full riding gear here soon, don't worry to much. Her bike is throttled way back and she's no pussy.

Hot damn guys! Had some time today to tune on her. I pulled the needle back out of the carb and put it on the 3rd clip. Changed the pilot to the 48 that Eddie sent me. She's a screamer the entire range of the throttle. What a difference!! I mean wow. I did pull my 176 main and try the smallest I had 185 and it was way rich. Put the 176 back in and did some plug chops on a new plug. Looks like chocolate milk on the porcelain. Not wet or white either. I'm pretty happy with it at this point.

already planning for the cr ignition set up new swing arm and on to shocks. Thing is an animal. I'll get my go pro set up next few days and try to get some footage. Carb rebuild will be here tomorrow with new floats gaskets ect too
