Wow, looks great tony and john is supper stoked about getting this R from you. Any pics he gets to see he don't even give me time to loom at them and he's calling me or texting me how awesome the parts look. I honestly think he will love this thing compared to the 2 times he did his own up and I helped him. He is a very picky person like the rest of us and he is on cloud 9 rite now. Awesome job and well deserved to him, and great work Tony.

A lot of work getting every nut and bolt put together. The orings on the shocks were trashed. The mounts for the fenders have to be flattened out to support them correctly. Drilling the holes, polishing the stainless bolts all takes time. I believe this is the fourth day straight I have been finding things to make the bike better than new. The motor was taken out for the 350 PV. Shocks taken apart for polish and paint color matching. Working on putting the 350 PV in this morning. Got the cylinder repolished yesterday. Found a 39mm carb.to put on. Still looking for the rad valve boot. Got the rad valve repolished. Will have to take the carb to the auto parts store on the way home and get some new vent lines. I dose for about 1/2 hour last night. Woke up at 8 PM, I thought it was 8 AM and started running around the house looking for everything I needed to bring to work today. I'm late, I'm late, but noticed my daughter was watching TV in her room. Dahh, its still Saturday, time to go to bed.

Tony I was looking at your web site and didn't see this rebuild service on it...

so im assuming its a free service for all members, Id like to pencil in a time for you to rebuild mine...

let me know when its convenient Im in no rush...I wont be needing the quad for at least a week which should be plenty of time for you, to make mine like new....

LOL, I wish...

but seriously your doing a great service for Jon, your the man!!! nice work
