I know Laeger makes +4 a arms, but is there anyone else? Thinking about a new project and just want to see what else is out there in the +4 range.

thanks,

Doug

You might try six 5 diseigns, Jd performance, Jdi racing, Metaltech, maybe Stellar as well. Jdi James has my bike right now to build a swingarm so there's a jig there.

Thanks Skeans1. The widest JD sells is a +3, checked with him about a year ago. Didn't think about six5, figure he does't make anything for a 250R, but I believe he does do custom work, will check with him. Never heard of JDI, will have to look them up. I always though Metaltech and Stellar were more drag/duner parts, but will look into them also.

My plan is to use these on a LSR 250R based, CRF powered desert quad. I want to be about 51" wide, hence the reason for +4's on a stock frame. Since it is a desert quad, I really want a set of Roll Design arms, but I have only seen one set of Roll +4's for a stock frame, and that is the set Burns363R has on his MX 250R. I wonder if Roll could still make +4's, might be worth a call.

Thanks,

Doug

I don't think Doug will make custom +4 arms but worth asking at least. I would call Mark Laeger b/c he will make some custom length swingers so maybe he would do some +4 arms too?

That is the news I was hoping to hear when I started this thread. Will be calling Roll next week. Actually, may send them an e-mail right now...

Looks like you have Pro-air shocks, how do you like them? Was thinking about going with a set of air shocks for this build also. I have experience with Fox, but I know they will need to be reworked, so I thought about Pro-airs because I am sure they will be right from the start.

Thanks,

Doug

I like the pro airs, but I do all of my own shocks and it took some time to get them right. Axis is so much easier to work with for custom stuff then fox however. I have run axis for years and have nothing bad to say.
