Just got my cylinder refinished and have to say it looks bad @ss. Cant wait to install it and see how it feels. Cool thing about this project is i found the cylinder in bad shape off craigslist for $200 and sent it to Duncan who refurbished the coating and did a couple other things. Total investment so far for the like new top end is just over $800. i think thats a pretty good deal considering its practically brand new with new piston as well.
Ill post some update pics when i start the install. pumped!

Looks great man. I have one exactly like this and I can testify that they are great cylinders. Great casting and quality in general. Also great reliability. I always loved pc's and always will. Take more pics as the project comes together.

That is cheap and they are great cylinders. We have 3 of them. 2 265's and a 340. I would like to buy more but I don't have any more quads to put them on. Lol

Update: motor finished and began installing. Sick kids is slowing me down but hopefully have it fired up by Christmas.
