Anyone running esr cm pipes with led style intake?
« on: January 16, 2016, 01:21:36 PM »
Hey guys.  I'm trying to get my intake and exhaust on my bike.  I have a trx9 cm pipe setup with a "the guys who's shop we are not suppose to talk about" intake that is very similar to led cone intake.  It is very crowded and filter is hitting the frame and just like an 1/8 away from silencer.  Is anyone running this setup and how do you like it and do you run a tail light because as it sits I don't see that happening.  I might need to get a regular mount pipe setup for what I need.

Any help would be great.

Thanks
Tyler

I had a led intake and cm. I had no fitment issue. I think if you look in my for sale thread off my 5b cm. I have a pic of it mounted.

Ok.  I just need to work with the angles.

I know when Gene hickwheeler has been down he has commented my led intake uses a larger filter and there's no way a center mount would work with it.

Here is mine on a no link.  I had to move the intake back further than normal to clear the shock at bottom out, but clearly there is no room for a silencer.
It goes fast over bumps too!
